[Rach] Great run last weekend - 13 miles from Bristol to Bath, ending up at the Bath Spa for Debs' hen weekend!! Having a support team helped a lot (thanks Adam!) - drinks and bananas on tap :-)
This week I've been mostly resting (with a couple of runs thrown in) in preparation for the Magor Marsh 10K on Sunday... strangely nervous and not sure I've done enough speed work to hit my under 50 min target time.
